On Saturday, September 13th, 2025, SM Jaleel & Company Limited, through its Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Department, proudly participated in International Coastal Cleanup Day at Saline Bay, Toco.
In partnership with CMA CGM, one of the world’s leading shipping and logistics companies, a team of 80 SMJ and CMA CGM volunteers joined forces to remove and responsibly segregate over 500 pounds of waste from the shoreline. This joint effort reflects our shared commitment to the protection of marine ecosystems, preservation of coastal environments, and promotion of sustainability. 🌍✨
We extend sincere thanks to the Caribbean Network for Integrated Rural Development (CNIRD), the ICC national coordinating body, for once again providing SMJ the opportunity to contribute to this global movement for cleaner oceans.
