Plastic Blowing Technology A manufacturing process by which hollow, plastic parts are formed. The process begins with melting resin and extruding into a preform.  A preform is a tube-like piece of plastic with a hole on one end through which compressed air is passed through to blow the plastic tube into a bottle or container.
Spirit Centered Management Recognizing the presence of God in all our undertakings, keeping him at the centre of our organization. Understanding our purpose in life is to serve God’s creation.

Blow Molding A manufacturing process by which hollow, plastic parts (performs) are formed. Heating a preform then applying compressed air to blow the plastic tube up (like a balloon) forms a bottle or container.
Resin A synthetic polymer compound which is granular in nature. It becomes viscous when heated to high temperatures but hardens upon cooling.
Programmable Logic Controllers A digital computer used for the automation or control of machinery and equipment on factory assembly lines.
Preforms Our preforms are made of PET that has undergone preliminary shaping but is not yet in its final form.  It is similar to a tube-like piece of plastic with a hole on one end through which compressed air is passed through to blow it up into a bottle or container.
Hot Fill The process of filling bottles at process temperature, hot, to ensure continued sterility of both the bottle and the product during and after the filling process.
