Charitable functions and efforts are nothing new. Everyday there are noteworthy organizations reaching out to the public, seeking help in raising funds for a special cause. It’s sometimes a difficult vocation, trying to gather support in order to help those less fortunate, understanding that there is strength in numbers. But The Victory Foundation has seemed to have found an interesting, exciting way to go about gathering interest.
Over the last 4 years, The Victory Foundation was able to donate almost $125,000 to various charities. How do they do it? They host the annual Victory Games! The Victory Games invites teams from the entertainment and corporate industries and other establishments to challenge each other in games and novelty events for one day. The winning team then donates their grand cash prize towards a charity of their choice. Chubby and Busta were proud to be a part of this event this year, not with a team, but with aid for the event.
Busta donated cases of beverage to their bar and Chubby donated his much anticipated bouncy castle park as a kids’ attraction. Any part played in this kind of venture is a proud one, even small, and Chubby and Busta were happy to lend a hand. Who knows, we may even send a team in next year!
